Tow Truck Driver Responsibilities:
- Operating a towing or service vehicle
- Engaging in courteous, helpful conversation with vehicle owners and operators
- Prompt and thorough communication with co-workers
- Completing paperwork and documentation
- Using problem solving skills, including basic math
Applicant Requirements:
- At least 21 years old/li>
- Recipients of a high school diploma or GED/li>
- In possession of a valid Class C driver?s license, with a satisfactory driving record/li>
- Experienced in operating a tow truck/li>
- Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles/li>
- Dependable, honest and outgoing/li>
- Available to work weekends and some holidays/li>

Had tried through our insurance and they couldn't find a tow service available. They told me if I could find one use it they'd reimburse me. I called a competitor and got no answer. I'd heard Whiteheart was a good towing company so gave them a call, this is one a Sunday night pouring rain was told they'd be there in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he pulled up was extremely polite we talked as he hooked up the van we got in and I was safely home in less than 20 minutes. I recommend them very highly you will not be disappointed. -

Brennan was phenomenal! I needed towing from Winston-Salem to High Point with my 7 year old. Brennan looked at the problem and diagnosed it accurately. Too bad I still needed towing. He was professional, caring, and considerate of my little one. He and his truck was clean! That means a lot. I ran into this company through AAA, but will definitely think of them when I need their service again! Thank you for a great experience during a trying time.
