About The Position
At Whiteheart & Sons Co. Auto Service Center LLC, we are currently seeking an experienced Master Technician to enhance our team in Winston-Salem, NC. We value honesty, dedication, and a strong orientation towards customer service.
As a Master Technician, you will tackle our most challenging repair tasks and supervise the work quality of other technicians. Your role is crucial, not just in delivering top-notch service, but also in upholding the reputation of Whiteheart & Sons Co. Auto Service Center LLC as a reliable and trustworthy auto shop. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair, exceptional attention to detail, and the capability to mentor fellow technicians in best practices. Commitment to integrity and fairness is essential.
Master Technician Responsibilities:
- Performing a wide range of complex repairs across multiple makes and models of vehicles
- Inspecting the work of other technicians and ensuring it meets Whiteheart & Sons Co. Auto Service Center LLC's high standards
- Training other technicians on proper service procedures and techniques
- Ensuring all work orders are completed correctly and accurately
- Maintaining accurate and organized notes and paperwork on all jobs
- Practicing safe work principles
Applicant Requirements:
- An ASE Certified Master Technician
- At least 18 years old
- Recipients of a high school diploma or GED
- In possession of a valid driver's license
- Familiar with multiple makes and models of vehicles
- Committed to keeping up to date on automotive knowledge
- Dependable, honest and organized
- Available to work weekends and some holidays

Had tried through our insurance and they couldn't find a tow service available. They told me if I could find one use it they'd reimburse me. I called a competitor and got no answer. I'd heard Whiteheart was a good towing company so gave them a call, this is one a Sunday night pouring rain was told they'd be there in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he pulled up was extremely polite we talked as he hooked up the van we got in and I was safely home in less than 20 minutes. I recommend them very highly you will not be disappointed. -

Brennan was phenomenal! I needed towing from Winston-Salem to High Point with my 7 year old. Brennan looked at the problem and diagnosed it accurately. Too bad I still needed towing. He was professional, caring, and considerate of my little one. He and his truck was clean! That means a lot. I ran into this company through AAA, but will definitely think of them when I need their service again! Thank you for a great experience during a trying time.
