About The Position
Whiteheart & Sons Auto Service Center LLC is currently seeking to fill positions for General Service Technicians in Winston-Salem, NC location. We are looking for individuals who are honest, dedicated, and committed to excellent customer service.
The role of the General Service Technician is an entry-level position focused on routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire rotations. This position will benefit from the mentorship of an experienced automotive technician to guide you through the processes. As a General Service Technician, you are a key part of upholding the integrity and dependability of Whiteheart & Sons Auto Service Center LLC. The ideal candidate will have some background in automotive repair, a keen ability to learn quickly, follow directions precisely, and adhere to our shop's standards. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to honesty and fairness are crucial attributes for success in this role.
General Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Performing general automotive maintenance and repair services across many makes and models
- Completing all work orders correctly and accurately
- Maintaining accurate and organized notes and paperwork on all jobs
- Practicing safe work principles
- Shop housekeeping, i.e. keep work area clean, safe and organized
- Maintain positive customer relationships
Applicant Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Recipients of a high school diploma or GED
- In possession of a valid driver's license
- Familiar with multiple makes and models of vehicles
- Dependable, honest and organized
- Available to work weekends and some holidays
- Ability to receive instruction and to follow procedures
- Some or limited training in automotive repair, and committed to keeping up-to-date on automotive knowledge
- Some experience in vehicle maintenance, including the use of tools

Had tried through our insurance and they couldn't find a tow service available. They told me if I could find one use it they'd reimburse me. I called a competitor and got no answer. I'd heard Whiteheart was a good towing company so gave them a call, this is one a Sunday night pouring rain was told they'd be there in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he pulled up was extremely polite we talked as he hooked up the van we got in and I was safely home in less than 20 minutes. I recommend them very highly you will not be disappointed.

Brennan was phenomenal! I needed towing from Winston-Salem to High Point with my 7 year old. Brennan looked at the problem and diagnosed it accurately. Too bad I still needed towing. He was professional, caring, and considerate of my little one. He and his truck was clean! That means a lot. I ran into this company through AAA, but will definitely think of them when I need their service again! Thank you for a great experience during a trying time. -

I was coming back from Kentucky and broke down in Rural Hall with my elderly mother in tow. I have AAA and they left me stranded for 3 hours until they finally called Whiteheart to come and get us. And it was only 30 minutes from the time Whiteheart got the call that they were there to help. I was angry with AAA because they did not call this company sooner. Had I known of this company before this night I would have called them directly and skipped AAA. The tow truck driver (sorry I do not remember his name) that came to rescue us was so polite, professional and and helpful. It had started raining and he let us get in the truck while he hooked the car up. He got us down the road and home within an hour, along with some great conversation. I am so appreciative that he came so quickly and got us where we needed to go safely. THANK YOU!!!!
